Our History
Founded in 2002 by Gilles HETREAU, Repère et Vision was born out of a strong conviction : “Management consulting must be a long-term commitment, dedicated to projects that bring about lasting transformation in organizations.”
From the outset, its ambition has been to work with both SMEs and large industrial groups, positioning itself as a trusted, local partner capable of addressing strategic, cultural, and human challenges.
This ambition has been driven by a team of highly professional individuals who have always formed the cultural foundation of the firm.
In 2024, the firm underwent a change in ownership to build a team that shares the same values and is committed to bringing a common vision to life.
