Data Storage Duration
- Administrative and Commercial Data: In accordance with the GDPR, commercial and marketing data is stored for a maximum of 3 years, and data related to order invoicing is stored for a maximum of 6 years.

2 - Access Data and Hosting
Access and hosting data are processed to ensure the smooth operation of the website and to improve our offerings.
During every visit, the web server automatically records a "server log file" containing, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the consultation, the volume of data transmitted, and the provider (access data).
Google AJAX Search
To ensure faster loading times for certain online content, we use the Google AJAX Search API service, which coordinates the delivery of webpage content for better performance. Google LLC is headquartered in the United States and is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. All access data is deleted no later than seven days after your visit to the page.
Geolocation
The country from which you are browsing is identified using your IP address in order to redirect you, if necessary, to a version of the website in your language. The data processed for this purpose is deleted as soon as you close your browser. You can object to the processing of your IP address by clicking the button in the upper area of your webpage.
Hosting Services
The hosting services for our website are provided by OVH. All data collected through the use of the website or via forms is processed on its servers. This provider is located in a European Union country and is therefore subject to compliance with the GDPR.
3- Data Collection and Use for Contract Execution or Client Account Creation
We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us when contacting us (via the contact form or by email). Mandatory fields are marked as such because we absolutely require this data to process your inquiry. You can see in the respective registration forms which specific data is collected in each case. We use the data you provide to process your requests.
After the complete execution of a contract, your data is restricted from further processing and is deleted once the retention periods under commercial and tax laws have expired. You can delete your client account at any time by sending a message to the contact details listed at the bottom of this page.
4 - Data Transfer for Mail / Delivery Purposes
For the purpose of executing a contract, we may transfer your data to a shipping company responsible for delivery if this is necessary to deliver mail or ordered goods (e.g., La Poste, Colissimo, etc.).
5 - Use of Data for Payment Processing
Credit Checks, Post-Invoicing Payment, or Direct Debit
In the case of advance performance for example, payment by direct debit it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract to obtain information regarding the economic identity of your company. To do this, we may transfer your personal data required for payment to our banking institution and occasionally to our credit checking agency. After the complete execution of the contract, we delete this data.
6 - E-Newsletter and Postal Advertising
Email Advertising by Subscribing to the Newsletter
When you subscribe to our Newsletter, we use the data required for this operation to regularly send you our electronic newsletter. We do not rent or resell your data under any circumstances. It is used solely to receive our communications. Your consent to receive the Newsletter can be revoked at any time. To do so, simply click the unsubscribe link or send a message to contact@repereetvision.com.
Email Advertising Without Newsletter Subscription and Right to Object
If we obtain your email address in connection with the sale of a good or service and you have not objected to it, we reserve the right to occasionally send you interesting offers and information regarding our products via email. Postal Advertising

7 - Cookies and Web Analysis
